SL-A Holiday Park will be a privately owned beach resort located on the shores of the Central Region in Ghana, West
Africa approximately 155 km from the capital city Accra. It is surrounded by a newly built marine base training center and a unique group of settlers that originated from the eastern part of Ghana to fish in the town of Aketekyiwa.
The resort will consist of 44 lodge units designed with luxury in mind. Without doubt we feel that this resort has the potential to set the tone for holiday resort development in Ghana. Maximizing the location and views towards the coast, the development looks to utilize the natural gradient of the land to give both the lodges and facilities character and an impressive aspect across the
coast. The design of both the lodges and facilities aims to give it the 'instagram' effect. Somewhere people want to be and want to show off. With private road access and gated entrance to both the lodges and the central hub, allows exclusivity to both guests and day visitors. The layout of the lodges allows for two styles of design, a side on center lounge style and a larger front on end lounge style, both styles giving external space for hot tubs, decking and private parking. The central facilities will ooze class and relaxed style, perfect for the setting. Our indicative layout utilizes the location with a central green space, open plan restaurant overlooking the statement infinity pool with gated pathed access down to the beach. A front facing glass fronted gymnasium again ensures the 'Instagram' effect for guests. The design is indicative and gives plenty of scope to change the internal offering/layout. Operationally the design ensures a compact and easy to manage facility.
SL-A Enclave consist of Single-Family Homes located in Peduasi, Aburi at the highest point of the Aburi Mountains. This property is located on a .55 acre parcel with a view overlooking the Accra and Aburi. It is within walking distance to the Presidential Lodge in Peduasi and the Beacon International School. It is an enclave type development with secured communities and neighbors. It’s within a short driving distance from Aburi Gardens and Accra and a 25 minute drive from the Kotoka International Airport.
